The written content on this website is derived both a combination of sources: a variety of traditional academic texts for hard factual data, my own original content, as well as a variety of less traditional sources.  Although my book is thoroughly documented with appropriate references, footnotes and a bibliography, the written material on this blog does not list research data for all posts and pages, with the exception of direct quotes that may be posted, or links I think may be relevant and helpful.

In all instances, the goal of the content is to provide the lay educated audience some background on the ancient cultures of Egypt & Greece, which will also prepare you to take the online class and study the upcoming book on Holism in the Ancient Egypt & Greece.

While the information provided is believed to be accurate, postings on this site will include data obtained from orthodox academic references as well as less conventional ones. In addition, there are personal viewpoints and opinions expressed by the author that may or may not be shared by other scholars or experts. Users are therefore responsible for doing their own research to corroborate and verify statements made.

Many of the photos on this site are taken by the author, while other images are derived from the internet or other sources. Where the images used are not my own, I have attempted to attribute credit to the original source or photographer when a link and documentation was provided. However, in some cases I could not locate origination,  but only other copies, in which case no attribution link is listed.

If you note a photo or image here that was not given proper credit, please contact me and provide the correct information and I will be happy to list and acknowledge it here. I am thankful that others have posted images that truly inspire me and that I think my readers will also appreciate. It is my hope that those of us with similar interests can contribute to each other in building a broader community of like-minded people.
